I think the summer has put a new pep in my step and so each day as I head out I’ve beencarrying my camera with me. On Friday I decided to “stop and smell the roses” and I sought some inspiration at Bergdorf Goodman, one of my favorite department stores (if you can call it that) here in New York. There was one window that I just loved so much I went to visit it twice – pictured above.  The display itself was great, but then when I went to look at my snapshot I could also see the trees and landscape in the background from the reflection of the glass…. and of course, you know that sent my mind wandering.

Designers are one of those great creative groups that constantly seek inspiration. All industries can learn a lot from them. This window display inspired me, and I completed a logo that I had been working on (in my mind) for weeks. What has inspired you this week?
