Take an inventory of your website with Sitemaps
This one is for your web developer (or you, if you feel like being as geeky as me). Currently I’m working on a large corporate website redesign/rebranding and thus far the site has over 50 pages. To make sure the client team stays on track and that I get the content that I need I often use site maps. Essentially, they take a look at your site and list all of the pages in your site that are trackable.
XML-Sitemaps.com is what I’ve been using. It’s simple and quick, and allows me to send the list over to my clients and highlight which pages we need content for, and which ones need a closer look. It’s also great if you want to keep a running tally of how many pages you have on your site and do a general audit from time to time.
